We took an embarrassing sketch of everything we desired in our dream home to our first meeting with Yani.  He encouraged us to explain our ideas and that was it; the first draft design was not only what we wanted, but incorporated some additional features that enhanced our concepts and have proven to be fantastic.  With a couple of minor re-arrangements, we quickly had our plan for construction. After being scarred by another designer who took over nine months to produce a design that was double our budget, we met with Yani.
